By making a booking with Estudio El Encuentro, you agree to keep to the scheduled time. Confirmation of the appointment is subject to availability and final approval by the staff of the business.
Cancellations and changes of time are accepted with prior notice. If the business requires advance payment, any refund depends on the specific policy of Estudio El Encuentro and on how far in advance the cancellation is made.
For services that require manual confirmation or advance payment, the booking will not be considered “Confirmed” until the proof of payment has been verified or the corresponding deposit received. Estudio El Encuentro reserves the right to cancel unsecured appointments.
You agree to provide truthful information and to arrive on time for your appointment. Excessive lateness may result in a shorter service or the cancellation of the appointment without refund of the deposit.
